Kuldip Singh-Barmi

Kuldip was Lil’s Senior Lecturer at Falmouth University. The two of them have kept in contact since she graduated in 2016, sharing a passion for contemporary performance art and the development of the sector. We are very excited to collaborate with him!

About kuldip

Kuldip is a performer, teacher and improviser. He completed his training at the Northern School of Contemporary Dance in 1991 and has been involved in the world of dance and movement ever since. As a performer Kuldip was a founder member of Candoco Dance Company and has worked with a variety of companies and choreographers such as Emilyn Claid, Lloyd Newson, Siobhan Davies, Victoria Marks, Darshan Singh Bhuller, Annabel Arden, Attik Dance, Kompany Malakhi, Freefall Dance Company, RJC Dance Company, Fidget Feet Aerial Dance and Company Pyke. Kuldip has taught and performed extensively nationally and internationally and is currently a Senior Lecturer in the Dance & Choreography Department at Falmouth University.

Kuldip is now part of the current team of Dancers completing the final stages of Research and Development around current work – Muerte Amongst Us, and will perform the work in summer 2021.
